Membership

  • Free registration.
  • Valid for purchases in all Rococo Group Stores (Rococo, Giuseppe Zanotti, Stuart Weitzman, and Rococo Rack) and websites (www.rococostore.com and www.rococorack.com).
  • Membership may not be transferred to other parties.
  • Your accumulated points will have expiration within a year of your last purchasing.
  • If the customer has not made any purchase for more than one year, the membership level will be automatically adjusted by system. For example: If you’re a Gold Member by January 2019 and you have not made any purchase until January 2020, your membership status will be automatically adjusted to silver.
  • Reward points cannot be represented by other parties.
  • If you provide any personal information to us, you give us permission to contact you for marketing purposes.
  • We do not share members’ data to third party companies.
  • We reserve the right to change the T&C without prior notice.

Membership Levels


  • Cream : For purchases under IDR 0 million, you will get a 0.1% point of your total purchase
  • Silver : For purchases over IDR 10 million, you will get a 0.25% point of your total purchase and an additional 5% discount.
  • Gold : For purchase over IDR 75 million, you will get a 0.5% point of your total purchase and an additional 10% discount. Member will also get an early sale access, early access to new arrivals, back in-stock alerts, special promo, and personal shopper.
  • Platinum : For purchase over IDR 250 million, you will get a 1.5% point of your total purchase and an additional 15% discount. Member will also get an early sale access, early access to new arrivals, back in-stock alerts, special promo, personal shopper, and invites to exclusive events.
  • Black : For purchase over IDR 400 million, you will get a 3% point of your total purchase and an additional 20% discount. Member will also get an early sale access, early access to new arrivals, back in-stock alerts, special promo, personal shopper, and invites to exclusive events.

Insurance and Delivery

ROCOCO insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by ROCOCO, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.


Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. ROCOCO is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Returns And Exchanges

All the goods purchased can be returned and exchanged with the same value items or more. The refund of the value of the items returned will be in the form of store credit which can be used to deduct future purchases. Under no circumstances that cash refund is awarded.


We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.


As an alternative to returning your own for store credit or exchanges, you may prefer to return or exchange items using our free returns and exchanges collection service. You must request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your RMA number, for a refund of the value of the item only, or an exchange for the same item in a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Shipping is complementary on the replacement item, but exchanges made to destinations outside of Indonesia will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply.
